The Role

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated campaigns that drive traffic to our website and stores.
- Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices, implementing new techniques to stay ahead of competitors.
- Conduct market research to understand our audience better and tailor content to meet their preferences effectively.
- Assist in maintaining the brand's voice and visual identity across all platforms while ensuring consistency in communication.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a social media manager or similar role (3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
